Область применения
Numerous handling tasks involving lifting, moving, pivoting and turning can be realised with AERO-LIFT lifting units and hose lifters. This applies for the most varied workpieces, smooth or rough surfaces and different transportation tasks. We have compiled a variety of application examples in which AERO-LIFT lifting units and hose lifters are used and demonstrate their effectiveness:
Sheetmetal
Transfer of metal sheets of up to 20000kg sheet weight with different formats in the same position. Primarily the transfer during the machining process when loading and emptying machine tools (cutting, punching and nibbling). Pivoting 0° - 90° or turning 0° - 180° is also realised with vacuum technology to achieve safe process material flow optimisation.
Wood
Loading of machining centres, handling of wooden boards and Euro pallets. Movement of door leaves. Handling of prefabricated wooden building elements
Automobile construction
Handling of side parts, roof elements during both production and final assembly. Lifting and positioning of irregular shaped parts (fuel tanks) with flexible suction grippers, also with adjustable suction cups.
Furniture
Lifting and moving of porous and sealed (waterproof) boards. Shelf removal, loading / unloading of production machines / board dividing saws / machining centres.
Cartons
Palleting and stacking of cartons in stores and dispatch area. Simultaneous removal of several cartons or entire pallet layers in a single operation.
Sacks
Palleting/depalleting, raising, conveying and depositing of sacks made of different materials. (plastic, paper..) Also handling of underfilled sacks. Filling of processing machines.
Barrels
Transfer and positioning of barrels with different sizes. Barrel gripper with manual turning unit. Quick-change suction plates (for adaptation to different barrel diameters)
Foodstuffs
Processing of foodstuffs through raising, moving, pivoting, positioning and filling with vacuum lifters. Frequently in stainless steel design.
Laser cutting system
Careful, damage-free loading of laser cutting systems with vacuum lifting units.
Boxes, housings
Transportation and handling of housings, cabinets or box-shaped parts during assembly and packaging.
Electrical and electronic devices
Transportation and packaging of electrical devices and fitting of server cabinets with plug-in components.
Transportation and pivoting of glass panes during packaging or fitting of panes.
